Worst part is, 110 isn't even hot around here. Not much humidity, so it's not that bad. And I do like to sweat when I'm working out, so I actually enjoy it, sick as I am. I just have to be careful and increase my fluid intake. We're going to Disneyland first and I plan on taking a case of water to drink, with my favorite flavor packet. I'm so addicted to the stuff. Between that and sweet tea, I can't even drink regular water anymore. Good to hear you broke your stall. I am in a routine for it right now. Like I said earlier, I lose for three weeks, and then start stalling in the fourth. So, I shut down exercise for a week and increase my carbs and calories. And like magic, at the end of the week, I start exercising again, cut back on the carbs and calories and the scale starts moving again. Reminds me a lot of my old diets, keeping my metabolism always guessing.

Yes, 110 here....hot, hot, hot. I have my treadmill in the garage and in 30 minutes time, I'm flooded with sweat. Nice to push the fat out, but it really wipes me out as well. I am so ready for vacation, leaving on Sunday. It's going to be fun trying to navigate my way around bad food choices. I plan on bring my Kashi and some snacks, but I will definitely have to work on getting in my protein. Being in amusement parks on five of the eight days, I plan on a lot of walking and a goal of ten pounds weight loss. I'm pretty sure I can do it. I just came off my stall this morning, so I primed and ready. How about you, does your dreaded stall seem to be over?

How's my favorite Jersey girl doing? I read your thread about clothes. Pretty cool moment, wasn't it? You have a lot more of those coming, trust me.

I lived on chili for the first few months. I made the Wendy's recipe and would eat that a couple times of day. Funny, now I eat Kashi 2-3 times a day. My wife makes fun of me because I used to make fun of her for eating twigs and stuff. Now I can't get enough of it. My son works for a small specialty market and I had him order me a case of Kashi today for the price he gets. And the sad thing is, I'll have all 12 boxes gone in no time.

Chicken is weird, one of those meats that can be good one day, and beat you up the next. Turkey is even worse. I stay away from that altogether.

Ewwwwwww is right. Seems to happen a lot to me on chicken, and today I tried a BocaBurger and I got the foamies on that. So much for being a vegetarian...

Not sure the exact medical reasoning, but it's like all this mucous that builds up when you eat something dry or eat too fast. It's so nasty because it's coming all the way up from your stomach and not just the back of your throat. At least when you throw up, it comes up and it's over with, the foamies just keep coming and coming and coming...ugh

Sorry for the late reply, I'm doing okay, in a stall right now. I seem to lose for three and stall for one lately. I should be out in a few days, so just hanging in there. I've managed to avoid being sick since surgery and no headaches at all. I have hand cleaner with me at all times and when I go out, I am to the point of paranoid about cleaning my hands after touching doors and shopping carts. Seems like it works though, my wife and I have both avoided any bugs. And the CPAP machine I use, I don't have to use it anymore, but I love how it keeps my airways opened up and I think that helped me get through the allergy season.

Hang in there Michelle, you'll be losing again in no time.

You've been quiet lately. I take it you're in a stall and not very happy about it?
