I am actually still on liquids until Monday. Then I go to soft foods. I'm really not sure what to eat that is tasty in this phase. Do you have any sugestions? I am so over liquids.

Sure hope so 150 is my happy weight. Although I wasn't happy at that then I thought I was fat. Funny though what a kid and 4 years will bring you. Now I am really fat. I am a little over a week aout and I will die for 150's is six months. You are now officially my Idol.

i had my surgery 4.5 months ago. and i am very excited.

How adorable! I have never seen a puppy that wasn't cute, including my Mastiff/St Bernard mix. My puppies have just opened their eyes. They have tripled in size since they were born and soon will be out of the box and playing. Just in time for my surgery! Good luck with your new baby! I love her name.

Hi there your puppies are so cute! Are they Lasa's? I raise Poms and have a two week old litter now too. I love puppies! Always so hard to let them go though.

I'm thinking you must be tall? I'm a shortie...only 5'5". I always look at other peoples stats and wonder how tall they are.

Am I worried that I won't be able to stop losing? Lol, definitely not. On the contrary, I sometimes wonder if I'll ever get to my goal of 148 (which is the highest "healthy" weight for my height). I can eat virtually anything without getting sick, and sometimes I worry about the quantities I can eat. I still LIKE to eat, and that worries me.

Thanks. But, I keep looking at the weight loss calculator over on Obesity Help, and I'm at 95% of expected loss...not the 100% that I'd like to me. Oh well, I suppose it's just a number. Considering how lazy I am (don't exercise), I guess I'm lucky to be losing as well as I am. I guessed I'm bummed out because I stalled for the entire month of October...the scale finally moved yesterday after 3 weeks. It feels like a wasted month to me, I suppose.
