lol ya thats what i thought BUT my trainer said that 30minutes is NOT enough, i'm now doing 60 minutes of straight cardio a day. (700 cals burnt in an hour) so i have to jog,run, stairclimb or whatever to actually burn those cals so i will see on Monday with my new workout routine brings.
