Thanks Beth, I think each moment has been worth it this past 10 months, even the painful moments. It all comes down to the big picture and for the first time I have received the support from the medical community, have avery supportive partner who goes through each proceedure with me, literally, he's be in the operating room if I had my way. But comes and spends hours at the hospital when I am there, takes care of everything when I come home and puts up with the emotional ups and downs I have had along the way. Yes it will be good to meet our friend from the UK, looking forward to that. I also sent a note to the post about the possible cruise in December as it sounds as though it could be fun and we have been considering a cruise. December is a nice time to get away also. You're very welcome Paul. Sounds as if you have a busy week coming up. I bet you will be glad when all of these surgeries are behind you! You've gone through a lot this past year but it has been all worth it, hasn't it? Sounds like a lovely evening planned for Thursday. I bet you are kind of excited to meet your friend for the first time.

You'll do fine putting your profile site together. It isn't that hard. Just have fun with it and play around with it. I fussed with mine almost all day before I was happy with it!

Buon Giorno, grazie mille for adding me to your list. I like this new idea of friends and contacts section, lets you be a little more personal if you want. Hoping that all is going great today. This week have a couple appointments in Pisa(always driving to Pisa for Dr.'s appointments, hahahaha). Today more pre-op exams for the hip surgery coming up on the 27th of Feb. and then Thursday seeing my Orthopedic surgeon and after meeting a friend who is coming from the UK to see my Gastric Bypass surgeon(Dr. Anselmino) and then we will get to meet for the first time face to face and my partner and I will take her to a ristorante in the countryside of Pisa. Should be a nice evening for all. Home doing my schoolwork for later this evening. Your photo looks alot like my scare from abdominoplasty. Talk to you soon Beth. I need to set up my site here soon. I hope its easy, as I am a computer dumb dumb......
