I'm doing okay. Thanks for asking. After not losing any weight for probably four months I am losing again. I'm being a little more careful about what I eat, but still not "working the program" like I should. My nutritionist says if you eat nothing but meat, you will lose weight, and I am trying to follow that. I finally feel like I am starting to have a "shape" again. I think no matter what you weigh, if you have lost anything, you feel like you look good, and that is a good feeling. So I'm getting there. How about you?

That's good news I guess. At least now the sleeve will be an option for more people. Great news.
