I spoke with Jeanette today... the support group on 8/14 is at Sentara School of Health Professions @ 6:30 and they are doing a clothes swap!!!! So i just wanted to know if you are intrested in going???

When I saw Dr. Fontana for my post-op (which was at 10 days out) he said I could get in the pool but not to stay in it for more the 20 or 30 minutes at a time... He said it was ok cause my incisions were healed, so as long as you incisions are healed it should be fine...

Oh yes I discovered wendy's chili too!!! It was like heaven! I talked to jeanne today... she said i was ok to have salad, but to take it easy... that is the highlight of my day! I have been craving salad!!!!

Hey! You must have ESP cause I logged in to leave you a message and you had beat me to it! LOL. I am doing well. I started back to work on Monday too. I am hating it, I got too used to being at home. So how much have you lost? I'm down 17 lbs. since surgery, but the last few days I have been fluctuating a pound or two... I guess it is that 3 week plateau everyone talks about.
