I am doing great, guess what I weigh now ?? 149, I am soooo happy, I have been feeling great, I can wear size eight now. eight wow , from a size 22 pants to and 8 , no one knows me and I am loving it. hope you are doing good, let me know.. bye

well I know it i has been a while but I am doing fine now , I have been getting bladder infections been treated by my per. phy and he was underdoseing me on antibiotics and I kept the infec for almost two mo. so got him straightened out and now on the mend .. I have lost a whopping 61 lbs since april 2 and a total of 81 since a year ago ... that is so amazing I am into a size 14 now and feel soo good , how are you doing?? I will try to get on more now since I am feeling better......did you look at my pics??

I am doing okay too.....very emotional some days. It doesn't help going thru a divorce right now. My husband has chosen now to start stirring things up. I am down 45 pounds since surgery. I have lost a lot of inches. i am going to the gym faithfully and i still don't like it. My weight is 195 and I think I am stalled again. Oh well.

I am glad you are doing well and WOW 58 lbs is great.....

hellos Deb, I have been doing well still tired of course, I have lost 30 lbs since surgery making my grand total 58 , I could of never lost that weight on my own, I am now at 190 and am feeling good about everything , still sore and guess it is not going to go away too soon ?? anyway just wanted to let you know how I am doing ,,, how are you ??

I am done one week in and right now doing great... had bad time when I got home .. my back went out and well I was stuck in bed four days ,,, got the pain under control for my back and I am soooo much better. getting all my protein in ... no prob and drinking water very good ,,, so just wanted to let you know .. I feel sooo good about this now. I had alot of bronchial congestion and of course cough not good ...... ouch. let you know more when I get more strenth

is it ok to haave you as my friend?? I want to be like you when I have my surgery, and you sound like someone I can relate to .
