You're almost there!!!! I prayed the last month too and it helped me with patience until my stuff was submitted then it seemed like it was lost again. I will pray for you and everything will go smoothly. I missed talking to you.

Thank you! I do feel SO much better! And to boot, the new guy was so blase about the skin. That made me feel good too!

    Hi Melissah,
We spoke a few months ago about our love for horses (and weight loss.) Where are you on the surgery calendar? Seems like you said you had to wait a few months.
I had mine Feb. 23 and so far I'm down almost 60 lbs. (42 of that since surgery.) But best of all, I'M RIDING AGAIN! I sold my bronc-y, confidence-busting horse to a cowboy (who liked him) and am riding the kids' horse, which I never thought I'd be light enough to ride comfortably (he's about 1050-1100 lbs.)
The road since surgery was rougher than I thought but only because I can only tolerate a few things -- protein shakes (I love Advocare), nuts of all kinds, light vanilla yogurt with Kashi GoLean mixed in, and sugar free pudding. Oh, and coffee. I can't eat any kind of meat -- just tears me up. At 9 weeks post-op I thought I'd be further along foodwise, but I get in my protein with supplements.
Hang in there. How's your horse?

I go for the third class tomorrow night. I told my neighbor this evening that it seems like the weeks are really starting to fly by now. I'm really glad that they make us go through the classes. I don't think there's such a thing as being too informed about this.

Hey Melissa, I just wanted to pop in and say "hi" and ask how the classes were going.

Haha I was trying one night and couldn't get them to load correctly. I got tired and gave up. But I am also a little shy. I HATE all of my fat pictures. I can't wait to have normal size pictures heehee.
