For sureee! Every time I get on the scale and realize how much I have lost and that I will NEVER be at 317 again... it is worth it. I don't regret it for a second.
6 months are gonna fllllllly by girl!! I am so excited for you! You are gonna do SO great!! So what does your 6 months consist of? My program didn't really work like that. I just had to do a string of appointments, ended up taking 6 months though since I go to such a busy busy hospital. :0)

Hey hunny!! Thank you, thank you. I feel great. I can't really tell I am losing anything but the scale says I am so that's good. After so many failed diets I guess a part of me still believes I will fail at this (even though i see the scale moving) lol.
I'm not gonna lie or sugar coat things, some days are HARD. Some days SUCK. But I know that's part of it and that it will get easier as time passes. So how are you doing hunny? Do you have a date set yet?
