Hi back at you, and thank you for your kind words. It would be wonderful if we could have honesty without ridicule. Some people just don't understand, or haven't grown out of their bully days and perpetuate it, perhaps online only -- but I think we've been ridiculed enough. I think THAT ridicule helped encourage our awful eating habits. A little bit of kindness can go a long way to build up our self-esteem, but a little bit of ridicule, for many, can knock down what's been built quite easily. I'm not a violent person, but sometimes, I wish I could push a button and have the bully get a rap in the mouth, at the very least.

I have read some of your posts and You have gained all my respect. You stood up to the bullies on this forum and came out looking like a classy lady. I dealt with them before and I don't understand why they aren't blocked from this site but good for you for being a stand up lady. Lisa
