Hi! Yes, it's been a while and you look fantastic! I've been dealing with a lot. I had a lung biopsy in September and I'm being referred to the UC San Francisco transplant center. It's been hard trying wrap my mind around needing a double lung transplant at 26 years old so I kinda ducked out. But I really missed being here!

I wanted to thank you for your post on water. I have lots of lung issues, I'm on lots of meds and other junk and I thought I was doing everything I could! I am not a rockstar in the water dept. though but knowing I could be helping myself out in so many areas and that I could be feeling a lot better by getting in the water I need and then some is a HUGE help!! No one ever told me that water could help me breathe. So simple and such a big deal! So THANK YOU!
