It's been 11 months. I'm trying hard to make 199 by my 1-yr surgerversary, April 29th.

I put 3 of them on an 8x12 size to make a photo... I'm picking them up today so I can give a strip to my doctor this Monday when I see him, and one to my PCP when I see her next Friday, and one for my NUT a week later. I want them to feel free to use me as some optimism for those who may be considering WLS. Though I'm not at goal, 211 is heck of a lot better than anything over 300.
