you are welcomed missy.....now is the time you need to prepare yourself of what you can eat after operation and what you cannot eat. But i know you will do great..and ignore all those who discourage you thru this journey to a healthier you. Just always keep in mind its a tool not a miracle so for it to work you need to work with it...ok

Thanks for the encouragement!! I needed it! Last night my "thin" brother told me to have my lips sewen shut to stop smoking! and that he'd never support me on this!! I cried, we're so close and this isn't what I'd expected. I'm doing it anyway, just searching for immediate post op stories of what to expect with the eating changes etc. My friend had rny 17 years ago and her info is way outdated. Any help from anyone will be helpful. Thanks in advance.
