OH thank you. Which part of England did you visit. I live in S.E London. Did you do the tourist thing? Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Hampton Court, Changing of the Guards, etc. Hope you had a good time though.

Hi Maline, its been a little while. I don't know if you've been reading my blogs, but I've been having a roller coaster ride with this journey of mine and it has not really began yet.

To up date you, i've now taken up exercise, new for me, it's been years, years i say.lol. I'm doing water aerobics and tai chi, loving both activities, hope I can keep it up after the surgery.

Still waiting. I've continued with my research and sourced loads of uk products that are low carbs and high protien also low calories. yeay! I'm going to buy a hola hoop to work out at home. That should be fun.

Hopefully I will make much more of your knowledge after my surgery regarding the foods etc. Thank you for your support. How are you getting along anyway, hope your keeping well. I've just glanced at your picture again, I still think you're inspirational and amazing, you must feel so good.

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Regards

    Hyacinth.

I was told last month that It will be within the next 4 months. The NHS waiting list is about 12 weeks. They will be contacting me soon with a date.

Would you be so kind as to give me an idea of the type of meals you have in one sitting. I'm interested in the rough size of the portion. Is it ridiculously small? How do you feel sitting down with family or friends, and do you go to restaurants for a meal? Hope you don't mind me asking.

    Regards

    Hyacinth.
