Maline, wow!!!! Wonderful before and after pictures. You look 30 years younger, and feel it too I bet. I am more than sure you are inspiring alot of people with your pictures. Keep them coming. You look like a million dollars.

Hi Maline, its been a little while. I don't know if you've been reading my blogs, but I've been having a roller coaster ride with this journey of mine and it has not really began yet.

To up date you, i've now taken up exercise, new for me, it's been years, years i say.lol. I'm doing water aerobics and tai chi, loving both activities, hope I can keep it up after the surgery.

Still waiting. I've continued with my research and sourced loads of uk products that are low carbs and high protien also low calories. yeay! I'm going to buy a hola hoop to work out at home. That should be fun.

Hopefully I will make much more of your knowledge after my surgery regarding the foods etc. Thank you for your support. How are you getting along anyway, hope your keeping well. I've just glanced at your picture again, I still think you're inspirational and amazing, you must feel so good.
