Nice to meet you Lynn. You are further along in this process than I am. I have a daughter that is a FNP. Would you believe she works at weight loss clinic run by Drs? She counsels people of all kinds in nutrition. I myself have never worked. I don't know how you can manage 12 hour shifts. It must be very exciting for you to know that the weight off will make it so much easier on you. Looking forward to keeping up with you right from the start. Nice to meet you! Don't you wish this option had been available to us 30 years ago? My reasons for wanting it would have been different then, but my desire for it no less than it is. I so look forward to enjoying being more physically active, and not being in constant pain! I work on my feet for 12 hour shifts as a nurse, and I hope to be able to continue working for some time. Actually, I'd just like to be alive for a few more years!
