to awnser your questions, yes i had gbs, I was completely reversed due to so many complications that we still dont know what happend. My only solution was to be reversed or die! Did I really want to be reversed hell no! I just couldnt live that way anymore. Im sure you can read all about me if u search. BTW i dont come on here anymore because its really hard for me, to see that so many have succeeded and I didnt ....I was reversed in Jan 2008 and it oct 2008 and yes i have gained 21 pounds. And it reallly sucks, but i go to see my doctor on the 28 and we are going to discuss the lapband. so till then...I hope all is well for everyone and doing great, and for u that want to be reversed because u just cant eat what you use to, well get over it,! You chose this surgery to better your health, it just takes time, and adjustment! Im not being rude, just telling you the truth! Can you tell me why you had the surgical procedure altered? Did you reverse a bypass or remove a band? Were you loosing to much? Should I shut up and let you answer? I get a little wordy.............thanks

Can you tell me how a medicare recipent can start the process with the hospital or doctor you used? This seems to be such a guarded secret with a lot of surgeons offices of what Medicare will pay for and how to get the ball rolling.

I was glad to hear all that you wrote. I too am considering a take down. I haven't been happy since my RNY. Please tell me how you are feeling since your take down and how long it takes to recover? Also, are you glad you had the take down? One more thing did your insurance cover it ? If not how much did it cost? Thanks in advance for all the information you can give me.
