The surgery went great! You will do fine. The worst part is that I caught a cold

I was scared and excited to. It has been two weeks and I have lost 18 pounds already. That is crazy!!!! I am still so new at all this and I trying to figure everything out.
The first two day after surgery were very painful to me and I did not want to eat at all. By the fourth day there was no pain what so ever. Eating on the other hand is very hard to get use to. I am not hungry at all but the idea of food sounds so good. I joke with my family that all I want is a super big gulp and a pizza to my self. All I can eat is sugar free pudding, cream of wheat, popsicles, soup, beans and a few other things. I been trying eggs but they are hurting me. It feels like it is suck and will not go down.

No not strange at all. I have to keep my mind occupied so I don't worry. I think I will feel more secure once I get the confirmation letter from the insurance. They called me and called the Dr's office to tell us it was approved, but I want to see it in writing lol.

Thanks for your message and Congrat to you to! I will be happy to let you know how it all goes I am getting really nervous. I am also getting strange panic attacks...keep worrying that something will delay the surgery...strange I know!
