I'm not gonna lie, maintaining is a lot easier as each year goes by. But those early years of maintaining are what makes these years easier. The more you practice the easier it gets! But even this far out I make mistakes. It's what I DO about those mistakes that's the true test. Do I just throw up my hands and give in, or do I pull up my big girl panties and wrestle with the demons? I choose wrestling...so you keep pinning that carb bastard and you'll see it gets easier as each year goes by.

Hello from a fellow "maintainer"

I'm 3years out and still have kept the weight off.Best thing I ever did. I weighed 270...I got as low as 132lbs but my doctor thought that was to thin I am now a size 8 or 10 depending on the clothes I was a size 20-22 before...or by the way i am 60 year old women living life with much more zest.....anne
