Ditto .. and my insurance company requires 5 % loss in the 6 months prior to the surgery. So that is another thing to worry about - I don't remember where I was in April. I think I was 260, and I was 252 on 7/22 and am happy to say that I am the same. So I would need to lose about 8 - 10 pounds in the next three weeks to make sure I stay in the 5 % lost range. I bought a new scale (long story about the other health program insisting I throw my old one away. it's didn't work well anyway.)

I can't go 5 weeks without knowing where I am. So I am trying to be sure I have done everything I need to.
It sucks though if you have to move, I wonder if you could transfer your records so you don't have to start completely over?
