doc said nothing really... just that it could have been this or coulda been that.. nothing set in stone though... just had iron transfusion this morning.. i go for 8 rounds of this.. then we re-do bloodwork again.. oh joy. lol... date last night? ehhhh. just confused as usual

ya i told him about the surgery so he tells me to stop if i feel any pain but so far i feel totally normal when i do crunches or any stomach exercises, but you have to build up, i try and do a little more each day, i started off super slow, ya just ask your friend, im sure she knows what good things to do, i do exercises on my balance ball in front of the TV too, so you dont even the need the gym.

hey there, so you said you got a trainer, thats great! a friend of mine is using me as a guinea pig bc she wants to be a trainer. im worried though as far as my "sensitive midsection"... do you have problems doing abdominal exercises? what types of things do you do? also, my "trainer" only does leg squats and those are uber bad for my back, what types of things do you do?! haha help me out girl!
