Hi Pamela! It is beautiful up here. I'm so blessed to live here. I'm very surprised I was able to find and excellent bariatric practice in a small town like Crosby. I thought I would have to go to the cities for that. Where are you having surgery? My advice is to learn all you can while you're getting ready for surgery. This forum is a great source of encouragement and inspiration. It was 14 months between my seminar and my surgery. (I was slow!) It's quite a journey and not always easy but, for me, it's been worth it.

Hi Linda-I've been reading your progress. Awsome! It's great to visit with someone else from MN. Also, I spent all summer's of my childhood in Deerwood and Crosby. It's beautiful up there! Just starting things here. Will be going to an info. meeting Mon. 2/2. Any advise??
