    You are so welcome. Glad to have met you we can give each other support. I loose my weight slowly and i don't see it as well as others see it the changes. In your mind you still feel huge and then you see a picture of yourself and you are like wow that is me now and you get a proud feeling. Best of luck to you and I am here for you!
