Hey lana how are you doing this week? I'm doing alright. Don't have a lot of energy but im still trucking a long. My husband comes home in like 12 days and im so nervous I wont be healed enough! My big incision from my band port hurts so bad still whenever i move, so hopefully it gets better fast!

Hello..I'm home now. VERY SORE OMG. I hate this so much. I pretty much regret it right now. But I know that's normal. I had Drips and shit hanging outta me. And they had to pull them out before i left the hospital and OMG the pain was indiscribable. It's was horrifiying. I just want this shit to be over with. It hurst so badly, i have a dr apt on monday so he can take out the last drip thing which is where my port was for the band, he left that one in so monday he'll take that one out. And i'm so scared it's gonna hurt like the others did. I hate this so much. It's so painful

hello there. Im new to this forum and saw a posting you wrote on about weather to get the band or bypass. I had the band in march of 09 and now m y surgeon wants to convert me to a bypass. I've only lost 18lbs. it's almost been a year. Very frustrated and upset about it. I have no restriction and about 8cc in my band! Just wanted to see what your journey has been like? I was gonna have the bypass last year and chickened out on it, with all the bad things that could happen. And choose the band, and now that looks like it was the wrong choice but live and learn i guess. How did things go for you? what is dumping like for you? etc. any info would help.thanks

Just want you to know that I really wasn't trying to be rude in any way ,shape or form.. I read my post to you and thought maybe it didn't sound to good. I really was just curious on if you felt stuffed. I know everyone is diffrent. I was dropping weight like crazy then the breaks went schreking about two weeks ago.What a downer!lol Today makes 3 months and I am down exactly 72.5 pounds. It seems like now I have to fight for the sale to move for just a pound now.lol ! Sometimes I think its the battery and know damn well I just put a new one in it! lol Glad you had a great thanksgiving.
