My first appt. is tomorrow, and I'm looking forward to it. Since May 1, 2008, when I saw my primary care physician to begin this process, I have joined Overeaters Anonymous, I've joined a gym and have attended regularly, and I've been very careful and healthy with my food choices. I feel very good today as I look forward to the first dr. appt. I wonder how I'll feel tomorrow. My friends and family are sort of stand-offish supportive of this whole thing.
