Everyone stalls around weeks 6-8. Maybe that's what you were doing as well. I bet you were losing inches though, did you notice your clothes feeling looser on you? I'm doing okay, trying to remember to stay on track, but things keep derailing me. Need to work on my focus. Hang in there, the weight will come off eventually.

Hey David... thanks for checking on me. Everything is going as well as it should, I guess. Just seems that sometimes the weight loss is so slow. I've been post-op 2 months tomorrow and I thought I would have lost more. But I have to be grateful for what I have lost. I couldn't have done this much on my own. Hope you are doing good.
