Hey tell me how it is going? How much have you lost so far? How are you feeling? I spoke last week at their monthly meeting for people considering the surgery.

brenda, you look wonderful and your doin great. from a size 22 to a size 16 is awesome and 35 lbs. is awesome too! i'm havin the lapband done and my weight loss will be much slower i've been told but ya know i didn't get here overnight so i guess i shouldn't expect to get back to normal quick. i just can't wait, although i sure could go for somethin to eat right now. i'm on my second day of eatin nothin and i'm just tryin to stay busy. talkin ALOTTTTTT!!! what did your liquid diet consist of? i'm gettin 6 protein drinks for 7 days and man i sure wish i could have somethin warm in my belly! actually i shouldn't be whinnin cause actually i was suppose to be on the liquid diet for 8 days, so i got it better than expected, but my belly is still screamin for somethin PLEASE!!! everybody tells me it gets better after the third day. that's tomorrow so i say "tomorrow please hurry up!" anyway brenda keep up the good work and lets keep in touch. bye for now and ttys~tammy!!!

Everyone stalls around weeks 6-8. Maybe that's what you were doing as well. I bet you were losing inches though, did you notice your clothes feeling looser on you? I'm doing okay, trying to remember to stay on track, but things keep derailing me. Need to work on my focus. Hang in there, the weight will come off eventually.
