Hey there! My liquid diet is pretty much anything that you can make into a liquid form. SF jello, cottage cheese, pudding, soups as long as they are pureed. Not too bad!

So on your high protein diet that pretty much allows you to eat meat, right? What I wouldn't give for a nice piece of left over turkey! LOL!
