Just wrote you a long essay i response to your message as you will realize soon i am a tecniphobe - i pressed the wrong button and lost it so will tru again
Weight loss since 3 days pre brugge is now 2 stone I feel very differnt and people have really stared to notice. It also helps that i have got a new hair do and have splashed out on new expensive bra which always makes a girl feel better.
No dumping I think all sustems functioning well. Not eating a huge ammount but that is the idea isnt it don't manage the recommended 7-8 meals i am more bothered buy getting enough fluids in
Tummy still sore i have overdone it a bit at work in addition to the fact that i do not think the disolvable stiches are disolving i think my body is spitting them out.
How are you doing are you well do you feel different are you happy

I'm doing well thank you Rachal. Glad to be back in my own home and bed!! Taking things slowly, but generally I'm good! 12 lbs loss in 6 days is a bonus too! How are you doing?
