Hey, thanks for checking in. I'm having a rough time making decisions. I'm so confliceted. I'm all-aboard when it comes to lifestyle changes in the short run. I know I can limit myself and be good afterward....I'm just so nervous about the long term. Being overweight, it seems silly that one of my worries is that I'll never be able to socially eat again....haha, right -- it doesn't make any sense. Oh well...it wont hurt anybody if I just sit on it all for a while. Any advice? (PS: You're welcome for the long awkward wall post.
