Ok, glad you are feeling better. If you keep having problem tolerating things and even have problems tolerating fluids you better let your doctor know. You could have a stricture or an ulcer.

Hi Kaycie, sorry to hear about the nausea. Are you throwing up at all, like foamies or is it just nausea? Early out nausea is kind of common. Everything is still swollen down there and things don't move through real easy. Some people swear by peppermint tea. You may want to try that. Also sometimes warm things go down better. If you are still really nauseated put a call into your doctor. There is medication that they can put you on to help. Don't just suffer with it. OK? I hope you feel better.

Hey Kaycie! I see you wandered into my group of groupies. Welcome! So how are things going for you? You just had your surgery a couple of weeks ago, right? It can be a pretty rough start to this journey. So if you need an ear, let me know.

    Hi!

The most tolerable stuff I've found (and believe me I tried a few and HATED them) was Chocolate Unjury powder with 1% milk (I do 4oz milk and 5 teaspoons of powder for 16.5g protein) and also Unflavored Unjury in chicken broth (I do 4 oz warm but not hot chicken broth with 5 teaspoons of powder for ~12.5g of protein). The first one tastes like chocolate milk pretty much, which I don't love but it's totally tolerable. The second one has a bit of an undertone of protein flavor BUT it's a savory (salty) alternative to those sweet protein shakes that I can't hardly stand. I don't know if Unjury dissolves better than others or not, I have to admit I didn't try any other chocolate ones since chocolate isn't my fave thing... I just stopped with the one that worked.

    I hope this helps you.
