Just stopping by to say that I too...LOVE...the new avatar! And to remind you not to become side-tracked by that damned ol' scale and its numbers!

Continue with your exercise, eating right (yep, I know first hand...those stupid, evil carbs!), and getting in your protein and liquids...you'll get to where you want to be...it's just a more difficult journey for you. But one you'll appreciate even more when you accomplish it!!

Yep...we're both getting there! Takes a while and a ton of hard work...but it's doable.

What is your "goal" weight or do you even have one? My goal right now is to get under 200...then I'll have to think of a new goal to reach. Seems like such a short time ago when I was at my ACTUAL weight listed on my drivers license (235 lbs) and here I am at 202...sheesh...lifes pretty good!

Well, I have definitely increased my activity levels. I go to the gym and do the threadmill for 1/2 hour, then the 30 minute circuit 3 times a week. I also try to walk for a 1/2 hour during my lunch time maybe 2-3 times a week.

I feel kinda guilty (and surprised) that I haven't experience any stalls in 17 weeks...but I'm also sort of preparing myself for that to happen. So...we'll see how things go.
