Hi, thanks for the message. I'm still adapting too. Struggling to eat protein, as the carby rubbish just goes down so much easier. As of this morning I'm down 39lb (which includes the one-week pre-op diet I had to do) which I'm happy with but I know I need to eat better. I'm discovering a liking for exercise, which I never thought I'd say! What kinds of foods are you finding go down well? Have you suffered much with sickness? I've found I'm completely unable to be sick since the op, which is horrid when I'm overcome with nausea and want nothing more than to get whatever has disagreed with me up. Keep in touch. Lis x

Just wanted to say hello Katz as I noticed we're very close in surgery dates, you were RNY'd 10 days before me I believe. It's really interesting to watch your progress. Best wishes. Lisa
