Thank you! I try to update it each month when I take my monthly pics. I may not see it in pounds all the time, but I definitely see it in inches and in pictures!

I'm glad to hear that you are still losing. My friend's name is Amy that has the same surgeon as you.
I am not doing too good. I've been stuck for 2 months now, and I have even put on 5 lbs. I don't think I'm doing anything different. I know that I need to work out more, but I'm not eating a lot at all. I also have a lot of mental issues to deal with and I can't turn to food. I am hoping that by being on this forum I can find some advice to get me back on track. Congrats to you!!!

Hi. I talked to you awhile ago. You have the same doctor that my friend did. You look great! How do you feel? Are you still losing on a consistant basis? I have been stuck for 2 months now. I only have 40 lbs to go, but it's frustrating that I'm at a stand still. Well I just wanted to say hi. You were one of the few that I remember when I was on the site a lot. Talk to you later.

I had no clue there are support groups! When and where are they? I definitely would be interested in going! I heard from my dietician about the greek yogurt, but she did suggest the splenda as well. I never even thought of adding the crystal light for different flavoring. great idea! On average how much protein do you think you consumer on a daily basis?? Does the Isopure that you used taste like the bottle isopure, because I wasnt able to completely tolerate them, unless overtime I might be able to tolerate different protein supplements. Thanks for all your advice and support! Maybe I will get to meet you at a support group sometime!!!

what you said makes perfect sense. Watching my family eat dinner and everything wasn't bad at first but now its starting to irritate me because I can't have what they are having. Selfish, I know. Ya I was excited to see that Dr. Machado had patients on here. I'm actually doing fairly well. The only thing is i am terrified to go back to her this thursday so possibly start my stage 2 because I havent found one protein supplement that doesn't make me sick! Hopefully once stage 2 starts my options will open for the possibility of protein but for now it worries me. How were you on your protein? Other than protein I have had a pretty smooth sailing, I was even off my pain meds by the second morning after the surgery. Its really neat you go to go through this experience with a friend. I know you were a few months apart but you both were there for support. Unfortunately being only 20 not one of my friends understands any of it, so it makes me very glad I found this website. I have already found great ideas for different stages and different stuff to prepare me through the rest of this new exoerience.

Hi i noticed we both have Dr. Machado for our surgeon. Seeing that you are doing amazing, what has been the toughest experience you have had to overcome after the surgery and how did you overcome it?
