Hey doll. You should definitely do the pre-op diet. I followed it to a T and am down like... 15 pounds already? Pretty awesome. That's exciting! You're day is right around the corner girl!! You getting nervous?

Hi there!!! Hows it going??
I had pre-op testing today and all went well.
met with the surgeon too and he wants me to do a 1 week liquid diet prior to surgery, but then he said he's not that strict about it.
However, I have thought about it and it is a good opportunity to get my weight down a little prior to my surgery and they say it shrinks up the liver a bit, so I guess I'll do it and be strict about it.
How about you? whats going on?
