You're surgery is coming up! This is definitely a start to a new life, and it's so exciting!!! I'm sorry to hear about your divorce though dear.

I am on liquid for 2 weeks. The first week clear liquids, and just moved onto cream soups, milk, protein shakes. Getting enough liquid hasn't been a problem for me, but... the protein the first week IS REALLY hard to get in. I'm so glad I moved onto stage 2 and can now have protein shakes!

I'm 21, and I live in Louisville, KY. Looking forward to a new me, and eventually being able to have children (reason for surgery).

So do you have to do any dieting before the surgery?

Ya I had surgery on March 16th. Im feeling good. Good luck on your surgery!! Its exciting!!!

I feel like I am doing really well with my foods. My dr does full liquids the first 2 weeks after surgery, then 2 weeks of soft foods then on week 5 normal food. I was dying to actually chew something. I was actually able to get in 40 grams of protein today just from actual food. Very happy with that.
