I have a work out class with my fitness specialist (she is part of the program at the hospital) every Wednesday where we do cardio and strength training. Then I go to the gym as well where I spend most of my time on the treadmill doing anywhere from 4 to 6 miles. Although, I kinda slacked on the gym the last week. =0\

Thanks for the compliment! Since I'm going to be 45 years old before I know it...it's good to hear I don't actually LOOK that old...yet! LOL
I was reading your stats and sheesh....you've done amazingly awesome!!! Kind of jealous here, but we each have our own journey to keep track of and I have to remember that!
It's not just the weight loss...but the healthier ME that I try to focus on. And I know it's working because I did my treadmill today and was able to go for 20 minutes at 3.2 (speed) and an incline of 9 without being winded!
What have you been doing for exercise? I'm in the process of "changing up" my routine...
