Yes, I have been struggling to get to goal and with a few pounds that come on and off. Now (2 years post-op) is when the real work begins. It's not as easy as before...I can eat bigger portions, I feel hungier, and I don't dump easily. The only thing saving me from a bigger gain, I think, is that I am running 2-3 times a week. Last week I started journaling my food and counting my calories...I'm consuming between 1500-1750. I know, that's a lot! Just hang in there...what are you doing to maintain or you mentioned you gained? How much is your gain? Hang in there, you still have the tool and you can definitely continue losing but it's just going to take a little bit of work. HTH and Welcome to the forum!
