i have been bad and haven't been working out half as much as i wanted to. You will run into periods of "stall" on your weight, i have run in to a couple of them but they seem to catch up after the stall. Just be patient, as much as you want to lose the weight, you really dont want it to come off super fast and have all that extra loose skin on ya! I have been averaging about 18-20lbs a month. just keep your chin up and it all will happen in time
