trying to get to know people like myself who have taken the step to tackle their weight problem. i had a brilliant surgeon Mr Sigurdson .However i only had one follow up session and dietary advice was over the phone. have been adrift since December.

I am finding in the last couple of days that I am hungry, I feel alot better now and was wondering if this is normal. I also have not lot any weight this week but clothes are feeling slacker. I am just really want this to work. I woulod be grateful for any advice
