hey i just wanted to see how you are doing. i started on my 2nd stage and it seems to be ok. dont look forward to how strict it is but i guess i will get use to it.

well how are you doing. as for me i am doing. ok. Tomorrow i start on stage 2 and i cant wait. I have lost 20lbs. And to me its like wow. I tired of sipping though. would love to drink some water. I was at HEB the today drank out of the water thinging and well i guess i drank too much or too quickly that my chest hurt. I miss drinking. Lets see. I end up getting a yeast infection from all the meds they were giving me but that went away one of my cuts opened up but it was the small ones and its healing so its all good. i get tired more often. i walk as much as i can. it hurts to turn from side to side at night. But other then that i am just fine. I am trying to figure out how to do my stats on here and do my profile.
