Hi there! Just saw that you've got Dr. McClelland, too. Have you had the surgery yet? I am just starting the process of getting insurance approval. Had my consult with the surgeon, she seems very knowledgeable, and helpful with answering questions. What has your experience with Mercy been like so far?
