I was wondering how you are doing? Have you had a fill yet? How much weight have you lost? I have been struggling. Hope you are doing great!

They moved my first fill up to the 5th rather than the 11th- so that's really cool- how are you doing? How much have you lost? When was your first fill?

Oh let's see...I find that I kind of go back to the same things out of convenience-just don't want to put a lot of effort into such a small amount of food. So the day of my follow up appointment I was so hungry afterwards but I had to be back at work so I was kinda rushed- I went to taco bell and got a bean and cheese cup and a side of sour cream. The doc said I need to really focus on protein-and beans were a good source. Then I really wanted to chew on something so I splurged and got a lil bag of cheezits-one by one- chew well. I ate a few slices of an apple- again chew really well. Tuna and mayo with slivers of pickle. That is kinda a staple for me right now-it tastes good. I still do a lot of the liquid stuff I was doing before too though-protein shakes-broth-sugar free popsicles-jello-soups-I really haven't experimented much yet. I will let you know what else I come up with-and you do the same k! Good luck.

Hi! Are you here next to me on the losers bench? I just noticed that we were also born in the same month only three days apart...I was born on 2/13/76..cool huh? Anyway, hope you are doing well and everything went really good for you. I am actually in alot of pain but I have pain meds so its all good. The doc said he had to do alot more moving around then usual with me so I will be in a bit more pain than normal. So, how are you? Congratulations sweetie!
