Im happy to see things are going better.I still cant eat bread,steak or white meat chicken....I can eat all the bad stuff though. I wish I couldnt.lol. The key is moderation. Im 11 months out and have maintained between 232 and 239 since April or May I think..Im ok with that. I was in the 380s or so. Any new pics? Hey girlie!!! I am doing good. I am finally under 300's and now I am shooting for 289. Thanks for the compliment on the picture. It's really strange because I still do not see a difference yet. I am shooting to lose 30lbs by the first of December. I hope I can make it. Wish me luck!

Ive started going to the support group meetings again. I hadnt been since April. I saw a bunch of people I hadnt seen since..I was tripping on their weight loss and they were trippin on me..It was fun. Ive decided to keep going back. Sounds like things are goin better with you. Im at work right now Ill write more later.

Hey Roni. Im sorry u have had such an awful experience. I hope when u go to the doc they can figure out what is wrong. I had such a positive experience that I cant imagine what you are going through. Keep in touch.Ill be anxious to know whats goin on with ya. hey Roni..its been awhile since ive been on here....how are you? Im doing ok.Im at 235 so far.not much of a change...more maintenance if anything. My NUT wants me at 200 which is my goal but I feel pretty good now. Ill be around more....lemme know how u are doing. take care.....Sco
