Yes you can come visit and for our midday snack we can each have 3stick pretzels with smooth Italian peanut butter, that is my snack when I feel like one or just a couple spoons of the peanut butter by itself.

It did the trick,, now I have a pic... I know it isn't of me, but I love fairys... I will show my pics when I lose some weight..So, I will have before and after pics..hehe..
