Thanks so much sweetie. I responded here so I don't derail the thread but omg... I did shopping today for about 30-45 min without any pills. I needed an energy drink to get thru it and it's hard, but I'm in such a better place than I was. I actually .. finally... believe that I can get better.. and that I am. It's still hard to deal with the pain but still a great way from where I was. I'm so happy!! *hugs*
