The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) allows for a minimal quantity of the coveted weight loss pills, examples which are Xenical, the other called Merida which are meant to be prescribed by a qualified doctor and are long term designed. However the two drugs have so far produced only a 8 to 20 pounds loss which is considered small and further heightens the talk that eating right, constant scheduled exercises and good enough rest is still the undisputed way to go.
