ummmmm i was on pain meds for a few days at the hospital... normal? i dont think i was ever normal... but doc kept me out for 4 wks of work.. and they did my laproscopically.. so it was just the soreness and crap after that.... why, do u have one too?

How long did it take you to recover from your hernia repair? How long before you were able to do things on your own again? How long of a hospital stay?
