Welcome!! Actually, people from our Center are on here...quite a few, they just don't post that often. I didn't realize they were doing Lap Band regularly now. Congrats! And no, I don't attend support groups, I'm in Clinton and the meetings are the same nights I have class. I'm in Nursing School right now, so that takes precidence. Isn't Dr. C amazing!! I adore him...though he is younger than me... 
Can't wait to hear about your Journey...there are several Lapbanders here!!

Hi there - the Eastern IA thing got my attention, we share the same surgeon (I'm from Davenport!). I had LB in Feb and am slowly learning, wondering if you attend the support groups here - they recently founded one for LB that will begin this month (you know, there are so few of us so far). Nice to see someone close, hope to talk more soon! Jena
