WOW what a difference you must feel so much better already. You also look much happier now are you? I look everyday at the pictures and try to make comments as the ones I have had have made me feel better on those low days you get.

thanks... My weight loss is great and has slowed down to 5 lbs a month now... I'm hoping it's not over yet as I have about 70lbs to go to meet my personal goal. I'm down to 192 as of this morning. starting out at 344 I look like a new person. I feel great too. Today I walked into Best Buy and a fella looked me over when I walked in. It's the first time a stranger looked at me like that. I thought there must be something wrong with the way I looked so I checked myself out in the mirror and well.. nope everything looked fine... So I just grinned and thought, "Wow! he's checking me out." came home and told my husband how wierd it was to have that happen. He just smiled. Don't guys know we know when there looking at us like that? anyway it fealt good. Thanks for writing me. I don't come on that often anymore. At least since the big on-line arguement between some old timers. I needed support, not drama. Glad to see that's over with for now.
